These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website worvanta.com operated by Worvanta s. r. o. By using the website you fully agree with these terms.

2. Nature of the service
Worvanta is preparing a real estate crowdfunding platform in Slovakia. In its current form, the website is for informational purposes, early-access registration and communication with prospective users. The regulated platform will be launched after obtaining the relevant ECSP licence in line with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.
3. No investment offer
The content of the website does not constitute an investment offer, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instruments. Always study all available information and consult a professional before making any investment.
4. Rules of use
The user agrees to use the website in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic and these terms. Any conduct that could harm the website, its users or the operator is prohibited.

All content of the website, including texts, graphics, logo and the Worvanta brand, is protected by copyright and is the property of Worvanta s. r. o. Any use without written consent is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in the Slovak Republic.
