This Privacy Policy describes how Worvanta s. r. o. processes the personal data of visitors and users of worvanta.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. Data we process
We process the data you provide via our forms (name and email address) and technical data about your visit (IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of the visit).
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is processed for the purpose of joining the Worvanta early-access list, sending information about upcoming investment projects, fulfilling legal obligations and improving the functionality of the website.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and the fulfilment of legal obligations.
5. Retention period
We retain the data for a maximum of 36 months from the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
