Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investing into construction and developer projects. You pool your capital with other investors and together participate in property projects that would be hard to access for an individual.
Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds to a specific project. Once the construction is completed and the agreed milestones are met, the profits are distributed among all participants in proportion to their investment.
This model allows even people with smaller capital to invest in larger projects such as apartment buildings, residential complexes or renovations of existing properties — increasingly important in the context of urban and regional development across Slovakia.
